Financing
A new system shouldn’t wait on a lump sum
Most of our customers finance some or all of their installation. Here’s how it works — in plain terms, without the asterisk maze.
How it works
Simple, and decided in minutes
We offer financing through Hearth and Synchrony Bank — dedicated home-improvement lending partners. The application takes a few minutes — most customers complete it during the in-home estimate and receive a decision on the spot. Approval is based on credit, and there is no cost or obligation to apply.
Approved customers choose from available plans, which typically include promotional options — such as reduced-interest or deferred-interest periods on qualifying systems — alongside standard fixed-payment terms. Your proposal will show the real monthly number next to the cash price, so you can compare honestly.
Financing often changes which system makes sense. The difference between a base system and the variable-speed heat pump that earns the bigger utility rebate can be a small monthly amount — worth seeing on paper before deciding.
On approved credit
Quick application, soft-touch pre-qualification where available, decision typically in minutes.
Promotional terms
Reduced- or deferred-interest promotional plans are frequently available on qualifying systems.
Fixed monthly payments
Standard plans carry fixed rates and predictable payments — no balloon surprises.
Shown next to the cash price
Every financed proposal shows total cost honestly alongside the cash option.
Financing is provided by third-party lenders, subject to credit approval. Terms, rates, and promotional offers vary by plan and are subject to change; not all applicants will qualify. Promotional interest offers require payment in full within the promotional period to avoid accrued interest, where applicable. This page is informational and is not an offer of credit. Complete terms are provided in the lender’s loan documents.
Next step
See your range first — then see the monthly number
The pre-estimate calculator gives you the planning range; your proposal adds the financed monthly payment beside it.
