Whole-home heat pump conversion
4-ton cold-climate ducted heat pump replacing a 20-year-old gas furnace, with duct sealing and a smart thermostat. Gas line capped, PSE rebate processed.
Commercial · Kent
Three RTU tenant improvement
Three 7.5-ton rooftop units, new curbs, gas piping, and full duct distribution for a retail TI. Plan-and-spec bid, delivered on the GC’s schedule with sealed closeout docs.
Residential · Auburn
No-duct ductless retrofit
Three-zone ductless mini-split for a 1960s rambler with electric baseboard. Line sets concealed in a chase, panel evaluated, and Snohomish-grade cold-weather heads specified.
Industrial · Monroe
Warehouse ventilation and make-up air
Replaced six roof exhaust fans and added a 10,000 CFM make-up air unit for a manufacturing floor — nights and weekends, zero production downtime.
Commercial · Bellevue
VRF for occupied offices
Two-floor VRF/VRV installation with branch controllers and integrated controls, phased around tenants in place. Commissioned zone by zone with balancing report.
Residential · Renton
Gas-to-electric whole-home conversion
Removed gas furnace and water heater, installed ducted heat pump and heat pump water heater, coordinated 200A panel upgrade and all permits.

Spiral duct process exhaust
Large-diameter spiral duct and process exhaust for a fabrication shop, welded hanger points, and airflow verification at each pickup.

Furnace + AC replacement
96% two-stage furnace with matched 16 SEER2 AC, new pad and disconnect, refrigerant lines flushed, and same-day changeout.
