We use your information to prepare and deliver your estimate, respond to your inquiry, schedule visits, and follow up about your project. We use aggregate analytics to improve the site. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except service providers who help us operate (such as email delivery and analytics providers) or where required by law.

Communications

By submitting the calculator or a contact form with the consent box checked, you agree that we may contact you about your estimate and project by phone or email. We will only use your contact information to send your estimate and follow up — no spam, ever. You may opt out of further communication at any time by telling us or emailing Sebastian@idbhvac.com.

Data retention and security

Lead and contact submissions are stored securely and retained for as long as needed to serve your project and meet our business and legal obligations. Access to lead data is restricted to authorized IDB staff.

Your choices

You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing Sebastian@idbhvac.com or calling 206-795-3616. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Children

This site is intended for adults and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
