Privacy Policy

IDB HVAC Solutions (“IDB,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect through this website, why, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

When you use our pre-estimate calculator or contact forms, we collect the information you provide: your name, phone number, email address, city, project details, answers to calculator questions, and any files you choose to upload. We also collect standard technical information such as IP address and pages visited, used for site security (including spam prevention and rate limiting) and analytics.

How we use it

We use your information to prepare and deliver your estimate, respond to your inquiry, schedule visits, and follow up about your project. We use aggregate analytics to improve the site. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except service providers who help us operate (such as email delivery and analytics providers) or where required by law.

Analytics and advertising

This site uses Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to understand how people find and use it. These tools use cookies and similar technologies to collect the pages you view, your approximate location, your device and browser, and the site or ad that referred you. When you submit the contact form, complete the pre-estimate calculator, request an on-site measure, or tap our phone number, that action is recorded as a conversion event so we can tell which pages and ads actually lead to real inquiries. This data may be shared with Google Ads to measure how our advertising performs. We do not sell it. You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout) and manage ad personalization at adssettings.google.com. If we add other analytics or advertising tools, we will update this section.

Communications

By submitting the calculator or a contact form with the consent box checked, you agree that we may contact you about your estimate and project by phone or email. We will only use your contact information to send your estimate and follow up — no spam, ever. You may opt out of further communication at any time by telling us or emailing Sebastian@idbhvac.com.

Data retention and security

Lead and contact submissions are stored securely and retained for as long as needed to serve your project and meet our business and legal obligations. Access to lead data is restricted to authorized IDB staff.

Your choices

You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing Sebastian@idbhvac.com or calling 425-405-5365. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Children

This site is intended for adults and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest revision.
