These terms govern your use of the IDB HVAC Solutions website, including the Installation Pre-Estimate Calculator. By using the site, you agree to them.

Pre-estimates are planning ranges, not quotes

Ranges produced by the calculator are preliminary planning estimates based on the information you provide and typical Puget Sound market conditions. They are not offers, bids, or quotes. Final pricing is confirmed only after an on-site evaluation and load calculation, and is documented in a written proposal. Actual costs may fall outside the calculator’s range where site conditions differ from the information provided.

Use of the site

You agree to provide accurate information, to use the forms and calculator only for genuine project inquiries, and not to attempt to disrupt, scrape, or abuse the site. We may rate-limit or block traffic that appears automated or abusive.

Content

Site content — including copy, guides, and design — belongs to IDB HVAC Solutions and may not be reproduced commercially without permission. Guides and articles are general information for Western Washington conditions, not engineering advice for a specific property.

Incentives and financing

References to utility rebates, tax credits, and financing describe programs offered by third parties. Program terms change and eligibility varies; verify current terms before relying on them. Financing is subject to credit approval by the lender and documented in the lender’s agreements.

Warranties and services

Installation services are governed by the written proposal and contract for your project, including our workmanship warranty terms. Nothing on this website expands or replaces those contract terms.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, IDB HVAC Solutions is not liable for damages arising from use of the site or reliance on planning estimates prior to a written proposal.
