IDB is an installation-first contractor. We size, install, and commission complete systems — and we build the supporting scope (ducts, controls, ventilation) in-house so nothing gets lost between trades.

Residential HVAC Installation

Heat pumps and ductless mini-splits lead our residential work — alongside gas furnaces, AC, air handlers, full duct replacements, and whole-home electrification. Every system starts with a Manual J load calculation and ends with a commissioning walkthrough.
