Because Lynnwood is Snohomish County PUD territory, the electric rates are among the lowest in Washington and the PUD pays rebates on qualifying heat pumps. Natural gas, where present, is Puget Sound Energy. We spec PUD-eligible equipment and file the paperwork with every proposal.
